Personal Training
Your training sessions can be either completely personal, or a semi-private session with a buddy at a lower price. After a consultation and assessment, I will structure a program based on your goals and needs. All sessions include a focus on improving your physical and mental well-being through resistance training involving functional movements. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and I typically recommend clients come 2 to 3 times per week for optimum results.
Hybrid Training
Most popular option with people who are looking to work with a personal trainer but also are comfortable working out on their own! We will meet once a week for an in-person studio session, then I will provide you with a weekly custom workout program for you to complete on your own. Your custom programming typically entails 3 workouts a week. Online programming is delivered once a week through personal guide and an app that includes videos of the exercises to be completed. Movement patterns (squat, hinge, pull, etc.) are introduced in the one on one sessions and then, when mastered, are included in your programming for you to complete on your own. Commitment of 3 months required.
Online Coaching
Online coaching and programming, provides you with a custom workout program on a weekly basis. After a consultation and assessment, I will structure a program based on your goals and needs for you to complete on your own at the facility of your choice. Programming typically contains 3 strength training and conditions workouts per week, but we work together to come up with a realistic workout schedule. In addition to your weekly programming, your online coaching also includes a monthly meeting to discuss and review your progress. This option is similar to the Hybrid Training option mentioned above without the in-person personal training session, so the offering is completely online. Commitment of 3 months required.
Online Personal Programming
Online Personal Programming provides you with a customized workout plan based on the types of workouts you like, time commitments, and goals. We will meet for a consultation and assessment to determine what your ability levels are and then I will design a 4 week workout program for you to do at your leisure. Programming typically entails 3 strength training and conditioning workouts per week.
